Had blood tests but still unsure what your results mean?

Get a personalised, practitioner-reviewed report explaining what stands out in your existing NHS or private blood-test results — with clear nutrition priorities and next steps.

Introductory price £39 • No consultation required

You’ve got the results. But what do they actually mean for you?

You may have downloaded your NHS or private blood-test results and been left with numbers, reference ranges and very little explanation of what they actually mean.

This review brings the important findings together, explains what stands out, and shows where nutrition and lifestyle may be worth focusing next.

The aim is simple: more clarity, less guesswork.

More than a quick explanation. Less than a full consultation.

This review is for people who want more than a generic or automated explanation, but who do not need a full consultation or ongoing coaching.

You get a personally reviewed report with clear context, practical nutrition priorities and next steps.

This service gives you practitioner-reviewed clarity and practical nutrition direction — without the cost or commitment of a full consultation.

See Inside A Sample Report

Take a quick look at the kind of detail included in your Blood Chemistry & Nutrition Review — including the findings that stand out, how results sit in context, and the practical priorities that follow.

See what actually stands out in your results

Your report brings the most relevant findings together first, so you can quickly see what deserves attention without working through pages of numbers.

It highlights the main areas to focus on, what looks reassuring, and where extra context may be useful.

You see the priorities first — then the detail.

See where your results sit — not just whether they’re “normal”

Your report shows how relevant markers compare with the laboratory reference range and, where appropriate, a narrower nutrition-focused interval.

That helps you see what is clearly outside range, what may still be worth looking at in context, and what looks reassuring.

Laboratory abnormalities and appropriate medical follow-up always take priority.

Example report section. Your final review is tailored to the blood markers available in your results, so sections and layout may vary.

Understand the “why” — and what you can actually do next

The report doesn’t stop at telling you that a result is higher, lower or outside a particular range. It explains why the pattern may matter nutritionally and which food-first changes are most relevant to the results you’ve supplied.

Where appropriate, you’ll also see practical examples of foods, meal ideas and lifestyle foundations that may help support that area.

The focus is on useful, realistic action — not simply giving you more data.

Helpful resources, only where they add value

Your report is designed to stand on its own.

Where it is genuinely useful, I may also include carefully chosen resources to help you put the recommendations into practice — such as a practical handout, meal-planning tool, short video or optional deeper learning.

The resources support the report; they do not replace the personalised explanation.

Clear priorities — so you know what to focus on first

At the end of your report, the main findings are brought together into a simple action plan.

Rather than giving you a long list of possible changes, the report highlights the most relevant steps to focus on first.

You finish with clear priorities, not just more information.

  • Your first 3 practical steps.

  • Why those changes may help.

  • What may be worth monitoring or discussing further.

How it works

Your report is reviewed by a qualified nutritional therapist

I’m Sonia Hollis, MSc Personalised Nutrition and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist.

I developed the Blood Chemistry & Nutrition Review to help adults over 40 understand their existing blood-test results in a practical, evidence-led way — without needing to book a full consultation.

Every report is personally reviewed, with attention to the overall pattern of results, relevant nutritional context and anything that may be worth discussing with your GP or healthcare professional.

The aim is simple: to help you understand what matters, what looks reassuring and what may be worth doing next.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an automated AI report?

No. Your report is produced using my internal analysis system, but I personally review the results and final report before it is sent to you.

Do I need a consultation?

No. This is a written, practitioner-reviewed service. You complete a short intake form, upload your results and receive your personalised PDF report.

Can I use NHS blood-test results?

Yes. You can upload existing NHS or private blood-test results, provided the report clearly shows the biomarker names, values, units and reference ranges where available.

How long will my report take?

Your personalised report will usually be sent within 3 working days once I have received your completed intake form and readable blood-test results.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
So, for example, an order completed on a Saturday would normally enter the turnaround period from Monday.

How do I upload my blood results?

After purchase, you’ll receive your order confirmation which will contain the links you need to securely upload your blood-test files, along with completing a short health questionnaire. You do not need to create an account to upload them. There is also a video above explaining the process.

What happens after I receive the report?

The service ends with delivery of your report. There is no ongoing coaching or consultation included, although the report may highlight useful next steps or areas worth discussing further.

Will you diagnose anything?

No. This is an educational, nutrition-led interpretation service and does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care.

What is the difference between a laboratory range and a functional interval?

Laboratory ranges are used for conventional medical interpretation. Where appropriate, I may also show a narrower functional interval as an additional nutrition-focused lens. A result outside a functional interval does not mean you have a disease or deficiency.

What if something in my results needs medical follow-up?

If a result or pattern may need conventional medical follow-up, this will be highlighted clearly in your report so you know what may be worth discussing with your GP or healthcare professional.

Do I need to have lots of biomarkers tested?

No. I review the results you already have. The report will work with the available markers, although some patterns may be easier to interpret when related biomarkers are also available.

Can you recommend supplements?

The service is food-first. Where relevant, the report may include nutrient or supplement context, but it will not automatically recommend supplements simply because a result sits outside a functional interval.

Do I need to complete a food diary?

No. This review is based primarily on your blood-test results and the relevant health information you provide in the intake form. It does not include a full dietary assessment, so the report will not assume what you currently eat. Nutrition suggestions are linked to the blood patterns identified and established nutrition evidence.

How is my health information kept private?

Your blood-test results and intake information are handled securely and only used to provide your Blood Chemistry & Nutrition Review. Health information is treated as sensitive personal data and is managed in line with UK data-protection requirements. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
