How does sample collection work (finger-prick vs phlebotomy)?
Most panels use at-home finger-prick kits. Some tests may require or offer an in-person venous draw; availability and any clinic fees vary by test and location. Full details appear during checkout on the partner site.
How long do results take?
Turnaround varies by test and region. Typical ranges are a few business days after the lab receives your sample. Please see the specific test page at checkout for current estimates.
Can I get advice on what my results mean?
UK: Your report includes clinician notes. US: You receive results only — you can share them with your own clinician for interpretation. My website also offers general education (not medical advice).
Refunds, failed samples and replacements
