Ingredients
 
 

  • 1/2 avocado flesh removed
  • 2 scoops collagen powder unflavoured and unsweetened (see notes)
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 2 Tbs almond butter unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk full-fat
  • 2 cups water very cold
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs monk fruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. For extra creaminess, use frozen avocado.
  • Add monk fruit as desired for sweetness.

Notes

Another unflavoured, unsweetened protein powder may be in place of collagen powder.
