It is VERY important for you to have an awareness of the foods you are eating and HOW these foods make you feel?
Although this programme is geared towards weight loss, as you change your foods you may find some of your other signs and symptoms (if you had any) also improve. There is such a huge connection between the foods you eat and HOW it makes you feel.
