3 slices of different coloured peppers

1 stick of celery

couple of florets of broccoli

1 tomato

1 beetroot

a chunk of cucumber

2 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt

3 tablespoons of porridge oats

1 scoop of protein powder
