When you start on your weight loss journey you need to have a POSITIVE MINDSET

So let’s reduce the rubbish from the cupboards and start adding in some healthy foods!

Then we can work on one thing at a time – to create a healthier new lifestyle.

IF you have this in the morning – your blood sugar levels will be like a roller coaster. You’ll be hungry probably again in 1 or 2 hours.

Also if you ONLY have cereal – then you are mostly having 1 macro nutrient – carbohydrates.

Remember – we need Protein, Fats and carbohydrates in each meal.  

An alternative breakfast could be:

Mix up different seeds – chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds. Add some mixed nuts and some cinnamon. Add a portion of blueberries/ strawberries and 2 – 3 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt. 

Nice and crunchy. Includes all 3 macro nutrients – Protein, fats and carbohydrates.
