Including eggs in your diet is an easy and healthy way to increase your protein, along with the healthy omega 3’s.

Ideas for breakfast
You can:
scramble eggs with butter, or coconut oil and also include some dark leafy greens (stir fry in butter or coconut oil, or ghee)
Sample vegetables to try : – broccoli, kale, spinach, asparagus. These can be on a side plate with your scrambled, boiled or fried egg. Chia seeds could be added too.
Or try 2 fried eggs/scrambled eggs with butter/coconut oil/ghee with one slice of brown granary bread (not white)
Just some ideas.
Include some higher protein vegetables too
