Managing Grocery List and Printing

This video illustrates how to manage your grocery list in your digital meal planner.

We are using a meal plan in this tutorial that follows a flexible and inclusive health-promoting dietary pattern.

All of the functions covered here are the same for all meal planners.

Once you have customised your meal plan for the week, you can generate a grocery list. You can select the entire week or a certain block of days. Generally we recommend you shop twice per week.

We are often asked about ingredient delivery services and if they are connected to our platform. We tried and what we can tell you is that the services never got the grocery list right [you can blame computer algorithms for this.] Instead of fresh peaches, they would send canned peaches. Instead of fresh garlic, garlic pills were sent instead. To avoid waste and to have more control over food decisions – do you want organic or conventional? – we recommend you generate your grocery list then fulfill it manually using a grocery delivery service in your area. This gives you much more control over what comes into your home.

You can go “old-school”, print your grocery, and take it to the store with you [we love checking off items we put in the cart] or you can view your list on your mobile device.
