Today is a BIG DAY. When you first receive the 14-Day Detox Programme materials, you might feel a little overwhelmed by all the information. The important thing to do this first week is to focus on the food.
Take some time to work out what you will be eating. Even if you feel you’ve not spent enough time looking at the recipe book, there will still be some things that are easy for you to make without too much thinking or planning.
Let me know if you have any questions or if anything is stopping you from starting the programme. This is exactly what I do with my private clients – I support them to follow the programme and push past any barriers that get in the way.
