You have learnt so much on this 14-Day Detox Programme, and I’m sure that there will be some things you’ll want to continue. It’s worth thinking about creating an ongoing plan detox plan.
Maybe for you, that will mean continuing to buy organic where you can (focusing, as a minimum, on the Dirty Dozen), moving towards sourcing only those personal care products that don’t contain hormone-disrupting ingredients, going green in your home (even if you commit to just buy more plants!), and being much choosier about who and what comes into your personal space.
It will ALWAYS be a work in progress!
Being clear about what you want to keep in your life will help you stay focused and organised. It will also help with some tasks you wanted to do but didn’t get around to (perhaps like a deep detox of your home).
