Why you need to reduce sugar

Why you need to reduce sugar
Foods to reduce over time:
Sugar is often one of the main things in our diet which we have too much of.
If you have too much sugar (and not burn it off) this can be stored as fat (often around our tummy and also around our internal organs)
Sugar is very addictive (like a drug). So the more you have it – the more you want to eat it.
Having too much sugar increases our risk of developing illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, dementia, and Alzheimer’s etc.
Because sugar can be addictive it is often more difficult to give up / or reduce.
Through this programme I will teach you different foods to eat which will help to reduce sugar consumption.

If you want to lose weight. You need to reduce your sugar consumption.
