This guide contains what you need to work out where you are starting from and what you want to achieve during your programme. This is really vital.

Have a read through the book, but I’ll be giving you some information about how to do this.

You’ll definitely want to print out the journal pages, one for each day or your programme.

Here, you’ll have space to write what you ate in the day, how much water you drank, whether you went to the loo, how you felt and how you slept – all really important stuff and, again, you’ll be able to see how you’re progressing through the course of these next two weeks.
