What this is

This is a personalised nutrition review designed for adults over 40 who want clearer, more individual guidance without booking a full consultation.

You’ll complete a structured dietary assessment that captures your usual food intake, including the types of foods you eat, how often you eat them, and the portion sizes that are most realistic for you. This helps build a detailed picture of your current diet and nutrient intake.

I then manually review your completed report and provide a personalised recorded review along with a short written action plan, so you can see your main priorities more clearly and know what to focus on next.

This is designed to be practical, structured and focused. It is not a live consultation or ongoing coaching service, but it does give you a more personalised next step than a general meal plan alone.

A clear, personalised next step — without the commitment of full 1:1 support.

What your assessment helps highlight

This assessment helps build a clearer picture of your current diet and where your biggest priorities may be.

Your report can help show:

  • your overall diet quality score
  • key eating patterns such as fruit, vegetables, fibre, protein and fat balance
  • areas where your current diet may already be working well
  • areas where there may be gaps or imbalances
  • which foods may be contributing most to helpful nutrients
  • which foods may be contributing most to areas you may want to improve, such as saturated fat or sodium

I then use that information to review your results personally and turn it into practical, realistic next steps.

How it works

1. Purchase

Purchase your Personalised Nutrition Snapshot + Action Plan and look out for your next-step email.

2. Complete your assessment

You’ll be sent the link to complete your dietary assessment. This usually takes around 20–30 minutes.

3. I review your results

Once your completed questionnaire has been received, I manually review your results and identify the main patterns, strengths and priorities.

4. Receive your review + action plan

Within 3–5 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire, I’ll send your personalised recorded review and short written action plan by email.

Important to know

This offer is designed as a focused, personalised review of your dietary intake and patterns using your completed assessment.

It does not include:

  • – a live consultation
  • – ongoing email or messaging support
  • – a bespoke therapeutic nutrition plan
  • – diagnosis, medical advice, or interpretation of blood tests

Your 3–5 working day turnaround begins once your completed questionnaire has been received, not from the date of purchase.

If you need deeper symptom-led support, medical history review, supplement planning, or ongoing guidance, full 1:1 nutrition therapy would be the more appropriate option.

What will I receive?

You’ll receive a personalised recorded review and a short written action plan by email, based on your completed assessment and my manual review of your results.

Will I get a bespoke meal plan?

No. This offer does not include a bespoke meal plan. It is designed to give you clarity, priorities and practical next steps based on your current diet.

Is this the same as 1:1 nutrition therapy?

No. This is a lighter-touch personalised review. It does not replace full nutrition therapy where symptoms, medical history, medications, testing and ongoing follow-up need to be explored in more depth.
